The Day After Election – My Predictions

Election day is finally here. Tomorrow your in-box should see a significant drop in e-mails frantically asking for money and revealing multiple wrongdoings by Hillary along with various and sundry conspiracy theories.

Betty Evans Impacted Untold Numbers in Her Life

Last week, I saw a post on Facebook from Randy Evans asking for prayer for his mother. A few days later I saw the obituary notice. I had the opportunity to attend the funeral service this morning. A funeral is a time when the brevity of this life stares us in the face as a stark reality.

Most of my readers know of Randy Evans as a leader in the Republican Party. He is Georgia’s National Committeeman at the Republican National Convention. He is often called on as a guest on national news shows. Continue reading

Donald Trump Has a Bigger Problem Than the Republican Party

Last weekend the buzz was about Donald Trump’s comments on John McCain.  Now this weekend it will be about his threat to go 3rd party.  I think that there is some purposeful exaggeration and out of context reporting and analysis.

I have not decided on which candidate that I will support so this is not an endorsement of Trump.  I might choose to support him so I’m not bashing him here either.

I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with the John McCain comments, so I watched the video of the 30 minute conversation with Frank Luntz .  I don’t think that Trump is getting a fair deal on the McCain comments.  I have not listened to the specifics on the 3rd party discussion.  I have a feeling that also is being inflated.
