This Election IS About Obama and His Failed Policies

Yesterday in Kentucky, the Courier-Journal interviewed Democrat nominee for US Senate, Alison Lundergan Grimes. The reporter asked a simple question, “Did you vote for President Obama in 2008 and 2012?”

Her answer started with these words, “You know, this election isn’t about the President.” She went on to say, “I respect the sanctity of the ballot box.” She never said whether she did or did not vote for Barack Obama in 2008 or 2012.

Three days earlier in Perry at the US Senate debates, Michelle Nunn took a jab at David Perdue saying, “I am not sure that he recognizes that he is not running against Harry Reid or Barack Obama, he is running against me.” That was a punch she wished she never would have thrown. Continue reading

Your Influence is More Powerful Than You Realize

Over the past several weeks, we have seen false campaign ads by Michelle Nunn about David Perdue. We have also seen a few polls. One showed Nunn leading Perdue by a little over 1% while another showed Perdue leading Nunn by 6%.

I have received quite a few calls and e-mails from folks concerned about the attack ads on David Perdue and wanting some kind of response. David does have a new ad that is showing now and there will be more.

Let me share a very basic truth with you about voters. You have more power to influence than millions of dollars worth of negative ads and endorsements from the biggest names around. Continue reading
